Overlooking the lush green valley, this idyllic destination is a good place to relax, go trekking or take a leisurely hill walk. Blessed with exuberant natural beauty, the city has lush forests, gorgeous waterfalls and lush gardens. A breath of fresh air can be the best option in Saputara during monsoons and winters.
The native people of Saputara are called Dangi or Adivasi. Saputara is a perfect blend of arts and crafts, heritage of local tribes and nature.
Schedule/Itinerary
Day 1 : Morning at Splendiferous Saputara
->Morning will be welcoming you at Saputara.
->Breakfast After Breakfast, visit to Saputara Tribal Museum, Rose Garden and Lake View Garden and Back at Campsite.
->Lunch After Lunch Trek to Sunset Point and Visit Step Garden and Back at Campsite.
->Local Dangi Dance* and The day will be ended with dinner
Day 2 : Trek to Governor Hill
->The day will be start at early morning with a routine warm up exercise and will Start We will direct towards Governor Hill for trekking. By completing Adventure Activities, we will come back at our campsite and take Lunch.
->After Lunch Group Games
->Campfire & Garba and The day will be ended with dinner.
Day 3 : Wake up and Morning Walk and Little Warm up
->Post Breakfast Will Move for Gira Waterfall.
->We will leave Saputara after Visiting Gira Waterfall with a bunch of memories and arrive in Ahmedabad
-> Departure for Ahmedabad with Fabulous Adventurous memories

- No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
- Camp fees is not transferable to another person/other camp or camp date.
The Refund Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.
-> Before more than 40 days of expedition, 90% refund.
-> Before 25 to 40 days of expedition, 75% refund.
-> Before 15 to 25 days of expedition, 50% refund.
-> Before 1 to 15 days of expedition, 25% refund.
-> In last 24 hours of Departure, no refund.
- This is an Adventure & Trekking Camp not a leisure tour.
- All the facilities, activities, Schedule/Itinerary & Services Mentioned above are clearly subject to weather conditions and all other unknowing situations like vehicle strike/Forest permit issues/Government restriction etc.
- In some critical conditions & circumstances, due to various reasons like weather , unavailability of transportation, Fewer Participants in batch, Government Restriction according to COVID-19 Situation schedule/Trek/itinerary/camp can be changed or cancelled by the organization without any prior notice.
- "GUJARAT ADVENTURE CLUB" reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized with "GUJARAT ADVENTURE CLUB Administration".
- Discipline during the camp duration is must and all are expected to follow instructions given by the Volunteer/Instructor/Guide.
- Misbehave/Arguing with the Volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues & Speaking abusive language will be reacted strictly and may lead to cancel a Participation. In such case cancellation all service cut at that place & not given to participant not other service
- Smoking,Tobacco, Pan Masala, Alcohol & Drugs are strictly prohibited and if any found suspect in such case, immediate cancellation of member Participation and no further service/return ticket/refund will be pay.
- Only Pure Veg Food is allowed inside the campsite area.
- During Camp stay and others Girls and Boys Accommodation are Separate.
- Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours and Trekking with a view to Safety form weather & camp discipline.
- No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
- No participant will be allowed to leave the Camp/hotel/guest house for any reason without permission of the camp manager/Instructor.
- No Person / "GUJARAT ADVENTURE CLUB" will be not responsible for any loss of luggage or valuables things carried by the participants.

- Registration is considered as confirmed only on full fees submission.The registration will be done on first come first serve basis.
- After the fee payment send your transaction id screenshot of fees payment receipt.
How to organize a special camp?
- Special camps can be organized by sending a request application on the GUJARAT ADVENTURE CLUB Adventure mail ID gujadventureclub@gmail.com
- The fees structure would be same for the group (minimum 30 participants needed for special camp) of the fixed strength. either fees structure may be changed.
Guidelines To The Participants For Safe Camping.
- Using Face Mask/Face Cover is compulsory.
- Aarogya Setu App is mandatory on mobile phone for all the participant & instructor/volunteer before starting the Bus journey & during the camping.
- Screening for high body temperature will be done on a daily basis of every participant and team member.
- We will make sure that thorough cleaning of all the equipment and gear at camp takes place more frequently.
- Maintain Social Distancing and Wash Hands Frequently, Avoid handshakes with other participants, Volunteers/Instructors & staff members.
- Carry personal hand sanitizers to use during activities & camping.
- The Participants are advised to Carry personal items for safe camping like Plate/lunch box for meals, mug, spoons, water bottle.
- Try to avoid touching at any place like handlebars, supporting bars in a bus, sanitizer machines, other participant tent or personal things etc.
- Use dustbins for garbage and mask disposal.
- We will follow proper norms for transfers which will include proper sanitizing of the interior and exterior regions of the vehicles.
- For the solo participants will be allocated a seperate tent.
- Participants are encouraged to keep a minimum of 6 feet distance between 2 people.
- All the tents would be sanitised properly before the allocated after every camp
- Masks and Hand gloves are compulsory for the cooking staff
- Kitchen and Dining area to be cleaned and sanitised daily.
